Prior diagnosis of training needs
Before designing any program, we identify which Asana features each team member uses or will use, what their starting level is, and which specific tasks they need to master. The training a team member receives is not the same as that of the project manager or management.

Is it difficult to learn how to use Asana?
Asana is designed to be intuitive and accessible, even for people with no previous experience in project management tools. With proper training, any team member can master the modules they need in just a few sessions.
How long does the training last?
It depends on the number of modules, the size of the team, and the required level of depth. Basic training for a small team can be completed in 2 to 3 sessions. A comprehensive program for teams with multiple profiles and workflows can extend over several weeks.
Can I hire only the training without the implementation?
Yes. If you already have Asana set up and only need your team to learn how to use it better, we can start directly with the training.
Are the sessions recorded?
Yes. Remote training sessions are recorded so that participants can review them when needed and so that those who could not attend have access to the content.
What happens if questions arise after the training?
We offer a post-training support period to resolve doubts that appear in real use, once the team starts working autonomously with Asana.
