Once the strategy is defined, we take care of setting up Holded from scratch according to your specific needs. This includes the configuration of modules, the creation of customized workflows, the adaptation of document templates to your corporate identity, and the setup of permissions by role and team. Data migration: We transfer your history without losing a single piece of data in the process
Changing systems does not mean starting from scratch. We take care of exporting, cleaning, transforming, and importing all your data; clients, suppliers, products, invoices, inventory, etc., from your current platform to Holded in an organized and verified manner. We review the integrity of the information before and after the migration to ensure there are no losses, duplicates, or errors.

How long does it take to implement Holded?
It depends on the complexity of the company: the volume of data to migrate, the number of integrations, and the modules to configure. In most SMEs, a complete implementation is resolved within 2 to 6 weeks.
Do I have to stop working while Holded is being implemented?
No. We plan the implementation so that the process does not interrupt the daily operations of your company. The migration and tests are done in parallel until everything is validated.
What happens if I already have Holded activated but misconfigured?
We also work with companies that are already using Holded but are not taking full advantage of it. We conduct an audit of the current configuration, identify the problems, and correct them.
Do you include team training in the implementation? Training is a separate service that complements the implementation. You can hire them together or separately.
