WHAT DOES OUR TRAINING IN HOLDED INCLUDE?

Prior diagnosis of training needs

Before designing any program, we identify which Holded modules each team member uses or will use, their starting level, and the specific tasks they need to master. The training received by the financial manager is not the same as that of the sales team or the HR department.

Training by modules and profiles

  • For the financial and accounting team: automated accounting, bank reconciliation, management of journal entries, tax models, period closing, and financial reporting.
  • For the billing and administration team: creation and management of invoices, budgets, orders, collection and payment management, and configuration of document series and templates.
  • For the commercial and sales team: Holded CRM, management of contacts and opportunities, sales pipeline, and customer portal.
  • For the projects and operations team: project management, task assignment, time tracking, Kanban and Gantt views, and integration with tools like Asana.
  • For HR: employee management, control of vacations and absences, and payroll.

Practical training with real data

We do not work with sample data or invented test environments. Whenever possible, we train your team directly on your own Holded setup, with your clients, your suppliers, and your real workflows. Learning is immediate and the team starts producing from the first session.

Is it difficult to learn how to use Holded?

Holded is designed to be intuitive and accessible, even for people with no previous ERP experience. With proper training, any team member can master the modules they need in just a few sessions.

How long does the training last?

It depends on the number of modules, the size of the team, and the required level of depth. Basic training for a small team can be completed in 2-4 sessions. A comprehensive program for large teams with multiple modules may extend over several weeks.

Can I hire only the training without the implementation?

Yes. If you already have Holded implemented and just need your team to learn how to use it better, we can start directly with the training.

Are the sessions recorded?

Yes. Remote training sessions are recorded so that participants can review them whenever needed and so those who could not attend have access to the content.

What happens if questions arise after the training?

We offer a post-training support period to resolve doubts that appear in real use, once the team starts working independently with Holded.
