How long does the training last?
It depends on the number of modules, the size of the team, and the required level of depth. Basic training for a small team can be completed in 2 to 3 sessions. A full program for teams with multiple profiles and modules can extend over several weeks.
Can I hire only the training without the implementation?
Yes. If you already have Pipedrive set up and only need your team to learn how to use it better, we can start directly with the training.
Are the sessions recorded?
Yes. Remote training sessions are recorded so that participants can review them whenever needed and so that those who could not attend have access to the content.
What happens if doubts arise after the training?
We offer a post-training support period to resolve doubts that appear in real use, once the team starts working autonomously with Pipedrive.
