SAP Training

Learn from project consultants, not from generic manuals

SAP is as powerful as the team that operates it. If the training was generic, given at the worst time, or disconnected from real processes, the result is always the same: users who avoid certain transactions, teams who solve with Excel what SAP could solve on its own.

WHO IS IT FOR?

End users

Practical training in the transactions they actually use, tailored to the specific processes of your company. No theory that will not be applied.

Key Users

One step further: module logic, basic parameterizations, and the ability to resolve the team's doubts without relying on external support.

Technical equipment

Deep dives into specific modules, S/4HANA updates, or ABAP development for teams that want to gain technical autonomy.

Teams in projects

Pre-training before the start of an implementation or during a migration to S/4HANA. It makes the difference between a smooth go-live and one full of avoidable incidents.

MODULES AND TRAINING AREAS

General accounting, accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets, and controlling. Ideal for administration and finance teams.

Complete procurement cycle: requests, orders, goods receipts, and invoice verification. For purchasing and warehouse teams.

Manufacturing orders, MRP, and capacity management. Traceability of the production process for industrial equipment.

Stock movements, picking, shipping, and inventory. Includes specific training for the migration from classic WM to EWM.

Navigation in SAP Fiori, functional changes compared to SAP ECC, and new simplified processes. Essential before or after a migration.

From the fundamentals to object-oriented programming. For technical profiles who need to develop or maintain programs, reports, and interfaces in SAP.

OUR METHODOLOGY

100% tailored to your company
Training in the client’s system real processes and transactions, not in generic standard environments.

Project-experienced trainers
SAP consultants with years of experience in real projects. They know the most common mistakes and the shortcuts that save time.

In-person, online, or blended
Adapted to the team’s availability. Sessions at the client’s premises, in Barcelona, or in an interactive online format.

Custom adapted materials
User guides with screenshots of the client’s real system so the team has its own resource to refer back to.

WHEN DOES IT MAKE MORE SENSE?

  • Before the start of an implementation: Reduce incidents in the first days and accelerate system adoption.
  • During a migration to S/4HANA: Changes in interface and processes require specific updates before go-live.
  • When new employees are assigned to SAP roles: Without proper training, errors and frustration are inevitable.
  • When the team does not make the most of SAP: If there are processes handled outside of SAP or reports that no one knows how to use, there is immediate room for improvement.
  • In the face of regulatory or functional changes: Electronic invoicing, SII, system updates: every change that affects SAP may require an update session.

FREQUENT QUESTIONS

Is the training delivered in our own SAP system?
Whenever possible, yes. Working in the real system—or in an environment that replicates it—makes the learning directly applicable. The participant finishes knowing how to operate in the exact environment in which they will work.
Can it be divided into several sessions over time?
Yes, and in many cases, it is the best option. Distributed training allows participants to practice between sessions and arrive at each new session with specific questions. It is more effective than concentrating everything in one day.
What makes your training different from the official SAP training?
Official SAP training is generic by nature. GROUPmee’s training always starts from the client’s real system. Additionally, our trainers are consultants with project experience, not theoretical instructors: they can also answer the why, not just the how.
Do you offer training in English or Catalan?
Yes. GROUPmee provides training in Spanish, Catalan, and English, which facilitates the training of international teams or subsidiaries in other countries.
Could your team get more out of SAP?
Tell us how many people there are and which modules they work in. We propose a tailored plan for you.
